摘要
Abstract
University and college libraries are undergoing a transformation from traditional institutions that provide paper literature to intelligent digital libraries that provide knowledge and information services.This paper adopts online survey and content analysis methods to conduct multidimensional analysis of post recruitment information data released by 219 university and college libraries in China since 2021,aiming to explore development strategies for talent team construction in university and college libraries.As shown by the results,the demand for talents in university and college libraries presents a trend of giving attention to both professional abilities and information literacy,giving attention to both professional dedication and lifelong development awareness,and giving attention to both library related majors and comprehensive disciplinary backgrounds.To adapt to the transformation of university and college libraries and the demand for talents,it is recommended that universities and colleges establish a full lifecycle talent management mechanism,establish and improve a sound talent training system,optimize the supporting system for post recruitment,and improve the management system for non-institutional staffing.关键词
