摘要

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of digital technology,the digital economy is constantly driving the transformation of traditional economic models and becoming the core driving force for the global competitive landscape.Digital leadership refers to leaders guiding and motivating organizations and their employees through effective strategies,technological applications,and management methods during the process of digital transformation.This paper constructs a moderated mediation model and verifies the effectiveness of the theoretical model using a questionnaire survey method.As shown by the results,digital leadership can not only directly and positively influence the digital creativity of employees,but also indirectly promote innovation of employees by positively influencing their perception of empowerment.In addition,the openness of employees to change positively moderates the influence of digital leadership on employee empowerment.It is suggested that enterprises should attach importance to shaping and cultivating the digital capability of leaders,promote employees to actively participate in the process of enterprise transformation,and ensure the overall digital development of organizations.
