Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound examination of uterine artery and umbilical artery blood flow parameters in fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods A total of 60 pregnant women diagnosed with FGR through prenatal examination in our hospital from June 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the FGR group;30 normal pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination during the same period were included as the control group.All enrolled pregnant women underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination performed by the same experienced ultrasonographer.The blood flow parameters of the uterine artery and umbilical artery were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic value for FGR was analyzed using ROC curve analysis.Results The resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),and systolic-to-diastolic ratio(S/D)of the uterine artery and umbilical artery in the FGR group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the combined detection of uterine artery and umbilical artery blood flow parameters had an A UC of 0.942 for diagnosing FGR,with a specificity of 0.800 and sensitivity of 0.950,higher than those of single-parameter detection.Conclusions FGR is closely associated with abnormal hemodynamic parameters of the uterine artery and umbilical artery in pregnant women.Ultrasound examination enables real-time,non-invasive,and dynamic monitoring of these blood flow parameters,facilitating early diagnosis of FGR and providing objective basis for clinical individualized treatment strategies,which holds significant clinical value in improving perinatal outcomes and is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
