Abstract
Greening is an inherent requirement for achieving high-quality development.Exploring effective organizational mechanisms to promote green behavior of employees is an important issue in driving the green transformation of state-owned enterprises.This paper,based on the theory of emotional events,analyzes the influence mechanism of green transformational leadership in state-owned enterprises on voluntary green behavior of employees through a questionnaire survey.As shown by the results,green transformational leadership can promote voluntary green behavior of employees,and pro-environmental motivation of employees plays a mediating role in this process.In addition,power distance not only positively moderates the influence of green transformational leadership on pro-environmental motivation,but also further moderates the mediating role of pro-environmental motivation between green transformational leadership and voluntary green behavior of employees,especially when employees have a higher tendency towards power distance.It is recommended that enterprises recruit leaders with environmental awareness,focus on cultivating pro-environmental motivation of employees,and consider cultural differences to flexibly manage power distance.关键词
