摘要
Abstract
Pregnancy complicated by rheumatic heart disease(RHD)represents a complex and high-risk obstetric condition that significantly impacts both maternal and fetal outcomes.This article provides a comprehensive review of the management strategies for RHD during pregnancy based on the latest epidemiological data,pathophysiological mechanisms,diagnostic criteria,and therapeutic approaches,highlighting the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration,pre-pregnancy evaluation,and personalized intervention,thereby offering evidence-based evidence for clinical practice.关键词
