能谱CT增强扫描参数与肝癌介入术后微血管侵犯的关系
Relationship between the Parameters of Spectral CT Enhanced Scanning and Microvascular Invasion after Interventional Surgery for Liver Cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the parameters of spectral CT enhanced scanning and microvascular invasion(MVI)after interventional surgery for liver cancer.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.According to MVI occurrence or none after surgery,the patients were divided into MVI group(n=38)and non-MVI group(n=62).All patients underwent enhanced spectral CT scanning,and the value of scan parameters in diagnosing MVI after interventional surgery for liver cancer was analyzed.Results AFP,NLR,iodine concentration in the arterial phase,standardized iodine concentration,effective atomic number and standardized effective atomic number in the MVI group were higher than those in the non-MVI group(P＜0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis results showed that the iodine concentration in the arterial phase,the standardized iodine concentration,the effective atomic number,and the standardized effective atomic number were closely related to MVI after interventional surgery for liver cancer(P＜0.05).The A UC of the combined detection of energy spectrum CT enhanced scanning parameters for diagnosing MVI after interventional surgery for liver cancer was higher than that of individual diagnosis of each index(P＜0.05).Conclusions The parameters of spectral CT enhanced scanning,such as iodine concentration in the arterial phase,standardized iodine concentration,effective atomic number,and standardized effective atomic number,can be used for the diagnosis of MVI after interventional surgery for liver cancer.The combined application of each parameter can improve the diagnostic efficiency.关键词
