摘要

Abstract

Molybdenum trioxide was prepared by static calcining with ammonium tetramolybdate as raw material.Five different forms of calcining products in the preparation process were compared and analyzed from the aspects of appearance,micro-structure,phase,element valence and solubility.The results show that the first gray-white and the third light yellow-green calcined products are molybde-num trioxide obtained by normal calcination.The difference between the two colors lies in the difference of particle size and the preferred orientation of particle crystal plane.The second grayish red,the fourth light blue and the fifth blue-black calcined products were affected by ammonia and water vapor,and some of the products were in the intermediate valence state of Mo(IV)~Mo(VI),with the fifth product being the most obvious.The results of this study provide a certain reference for the analysis,judgment and optimi-zation of industrial calcining production of molybdenum trioxide.
