电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定钼精矿中杂质元素含量

摘要
Abstract
The sample is melted and decomposed using hydrochloric acid,nitric acid.In hydrochloric acid medium,the emission inten-sity of each element is measured at the selected wavelength using an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.The mass con-centration of each element is calculated using the working curve method.The detection limit of this method is as low as 0.000 48%,the recovery rate is 91.5%to 114.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)of precision is less than 5%.The determina-tion range of this method is:W,Pb,Cu 0.010%~1.00%;Bi 0.005 0%~1.00%;Re 0.000 2%~0.10%;Ca 0.005 0%~3.00%.关键词
