摘要

Abstract

Insomnia,as a global public health issue,imposes dual burdens on individual health and socioeconomic systems due to its chronicity trend and comorbid risks.Although traditional non-pharmacological TCM therapies(e.g.,Gua Sha,auricular acupoint pressing beans)demonstrate unique advantages in insomnia management,limitations persist,including lack of operational standardization and subjectivity in efficacy evaluation.With the deep integration of mobile health(mHealth)and artificial intelligence(AI)technologies,TCM diagnosis and treatment models are undergoing intelligent transformation.Dynamic sleep monitoring via wearable devices,AI-driven objective analysis of tongue and pulse diagnostics,and blockchain-encrypted cross-modal TCM databases provide innovative pathways for the full-chain management of insomnia—"screening,diagnosis,treatment".This paper systematically reviewed advances in applying mHealth technology and TCM syndrome differentiation theory to insomnia management,aiming to elucidate their practical value in overcoming traditional empirical dependencies through quantified Gua Sha parameters,optimized acupoint localization accuracy,and integration of multimodal physiological data.
