呼吸介入技术在肺癌诊疗中的应用与选择
Application and selection of respiratory interventional techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer

Abstract
In recent years,the rapid development of respiratory interventional techniques has significantly enhanced the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,and plays a crucial role in its diagnosis,staging,precision therapy,and palliative care.Respiratory interventional techniques,through various pathways such as transbronchial,transthoracic,and transvascular approaches,combined with advanced tools like endobronchial ultrasound(EBUS),navigational bronchoscopy,and robot-assisted bronchoscopy,have significantly increased the diagnostic accuracy for lung cancer.Particularly for peripheral lung cancer and mediastinal lymph node metastases,the application of EBUS and navigational bronchoscopy has greatly increased the success rate of biopsies.Additionally,novel energy ablation techniques,such as radiofrequency ablation,microwave ablation,and cryoablation,provide efficient and safe options for local treatment of lung cancer,especially in early-stage patients who are ineligible for surgery or in palliative care for advanced cases.The emerging technologies,such as photodynamic therapy,chemical ablation,and radioactive particle implantation,have shown their potential in improving treatment outcomes and reducing complications,which demonstrates that interventional diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer will become more precise and more intelligent in the future.关键词
