喘可治注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Chuankezhi Injection in the Ireatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chuankezhi Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTS)of Chuankezhi Injection for the treatment of AECOPD that were publicly reported in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,Chinese Biomedical Database,PubMed,and Cochrane Library were retrieved by computer until May 31,2024,using Revman5.3 software to conduct meta-anal-ysis.Results:A total of 9 RCTs were included after screening.The Meta analysis results were as follows:Compar-ison of the total effective rates between the two groups[OR=4.16,95%CI(2.63,6.57),P<0.000 01];Comparison of forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity in the two groups[MD=4.56,95%CI(3.61,5.50),P<0.000 01];Comparison of oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)between the two groups[MD=7.69,95%CI(3.88,11.50),P<0.000 1];Comparison of CO2 partial pressure(PaCO2)between the two groups[MD=-5.24,95%CI(-6.59,-3.89),P<0.000 01];Comparison of CD4+/CD8+between the two groups[MD=0.44,95%CI(0.41,0.47),P<0.000 01];Two groups of c-reactive protein(CRP)[MD=-4.25,95%CI(-7.48,-1.01),P=0.01];Two groups of interleukin 8(IL-8)[MD=-10.72,95%CI(-22.34,0.90),P=0.07];Two groups of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)[MD=-6.75,95%CI(-10.73,-2.76),P=0.000 9].Conclusion:Chuankezhi Injection in the treat-ment of patients with AECOPD can increase the total effective rate of clinical treatment,improve the levels of FEV1/FVC in lung function and PaO2 and PaCO2 in blood gas of patients,reduce the inflammatory indicators of the body,and enhance the immunity of patients.关键词
