Interpretation of key updates on NCCN Small Cell Lung Cancer Guidelines(Version 2025)
摘要
Abstract
Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a highly aggressive form of lung cancer,characterized by early widespread metastasis and a high recurrence rate.The 2025 NCCN guidelines for SCLC have been updated in terms of diagnosis of SCLC,staging evaluation and treatment regimens to provide more scientific and individualized treatment strategies.The guidelines highlight the importance of early detection of neurologic symptoms,improvement in staging evaluation,and personalized treatment strategies.In addition,the guidelines also recommend the incorporation with the latest clinical research in the treatment,such as the use of durvalumab in consolidation therapy and the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with transformed SCLC.In terms of radiotherapy,the evaluation research of accelerated radiotherapy regimens is added into the guidelines.关键词
