中国肺癌筛查的新策略与应用前景
New strategies and application prospects of lung cancer screening in China
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer,predominantly lung adenocarcinoma,is a malignancy with the highest mortality and morbidity in China,and early diagnosis and treatment are the key factors for improving patient prognosis.Although low-dose computed tomography(LDCT)screening has been proved to significantly reduce lung cancer mortality,lung cancer screening in China still faces considerable challenges.As many as 81％of patients were at advanced stage at the first diagnosis,which results in poor treatment outcomes and low survival rates.This article presents innovative strategies developed by our team targeting the key challenges in early lung cancer screening.These strategies include:defining high-risk populations for screening,innovating thin-slice LDCT reconstruction technology for lung cancer screening,developing intelligent methods for accurate identification of lung nodules,and establishing a comprehensive,intelligent management system for lung nodules.These innovations are expected to increase the diagnosis rates of early lung cancer,decrease overdiagnosis and overtreatment,refine diagnosis and treatment strategies,minimize misdiagnosis and missed diagnoses,and ultimately improve the overall prognosis and quality of life of lung cancer patients.关键词
