Abstract
Objective:To strengthen quality control and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical enterprises by developing an automated trend analysis platform that enables efficient and reliable monitoring of drug quality through test data analysis.Methods:An integration of Excel and the Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS)database was implemented utilizing Visual Basic for Applications(VBA)to automate data extraction and trend analysis.Results:Deployed on the corporate intranet,the platform allows users to trigger automated data retrieval and immediate trend visualization simply by opening an Excel file,significantly reducing operational complexity and improving data accuracy.Conclusion:The platform markedly enhances the efficiency and reliability of quality data processing in pharmaceutical manufacturing.With high scalability and low maintenance costs,it provides a solid foundation for building an industry-wide master data platform.It can further integrate data sources from systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES)and Warehouse Management System(WMS),enabling deep statistical analysis and data mining to support the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of pharmaceutical enterprises.关键词
