宁心通痹汤对动脉粥样硬化心肌缺血大鼠PDGF-B、VEGF、bFGF及TGF-β的影响
Effects of Ningxin Tongbi Decoction on PDGF-B,VEGF,bFGF,and TGF-β in Arteriosclerotic Myocardial Ischemia Rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Ningxin Tongbi Decoction on the serum levels of PDGF-B,VEGF,bFGF,and TGF-β in arteriosclerotic myocardial ischemia rats and to explore its possible mechanisms for treating coronary heart disease.Methods:60 male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:a blank control group fed with standard chow,a model group,an atorvastatin group,high-dose,medium-dose,and low-dose Ningx-in Tongbi Decoction groups.All groups except the blank control group were administered intraperitoneal injections of vitamin D3 and fed with a high-fat diet to induce arteriosclerosis.Different drug treatments were given by ga-vage for 10 weeks.After that,all rats received continuous intraperitoneal injections of isoproterenol for three days.The serum,heart,liver,and aorta samples were collected for analysis.The serum levels of PDGF-B,VEGF,bFGF,and TGF-β were measured and statistically analyzed.Histopathological examinations were performed on the heart,aorta,and liver.Results:Ningxin Tongbi Decoction significantly reduced the serum levels of PDGF-B,VEGF,bF-GF,and TGF-β in arteriosclerotic myocardial ischemia rats,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:The potential mechanism of Ningxin Tongbi Decoction in treating arteriosclerotic myocardial ischemia may be achieved through inhibiting intimal hyperplasia,preventing lumen narrowing due to arteriosclerosis,stabilizing arte-rial plaque,promoting neovascularization,and inhibiting myocardial fibrosis.关键词
