中亚难处理含砷含碳金精矿的提金试验研究
Experimental Study on Gold Extraction from Refractory Arsenic and Carbon Containing Gold Concentrates in Central Asia

Abstract
Gold extraction experiments are conducted on a refractory arsenic and carbon containing gold concentrate from Central Asia.This type of gold mine is treated using the common roasting cyanide method,with a gold recovery rate of only 84.26%.The main reason is that iron minerals contain a high proportion of gold,which makes it impossible to recover this part of the gold.Based on the actual conditions of the local industry,a treatment process of roasting desulfurization,dearsenic and decarbonization-concentrated acid shearing to remove encapsulation-cyanide leaching is proposed,which not only improves the recovery rate of gold,but also solves the problem of local sulfuric acid being unable to be absorbed.Research has shown that gold concentrate is first subjected to oxidative roasting at a temperature of 600℃for 2 h,then the roasted sand is acid leached at a temperature of 90℃for 2.5 h with a sulfuric acid concentration of 50%,finally,cyanide treatment is performed on the acid leaching residue,resulting in a gold leaching rate of 93.93%.关键词
