复元醒脑汤对急性脑梗死患者神经功能、认知功能的影响
Effects of Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction on Neurological Function and Cognitive Function in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction on neurological function and cogni-tive function in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:A total of 120 AIS patients were randomly di-vided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction in addition to the western medicine treatment used in the control group.Clinical treatment effectiveness,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores,and serum bio-chemical indicators[serum homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and fibrinogen(FIB)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall clinical effectiveness rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS scores and the MMSE sco-resin the observation group were superior to the control group with significant differences(P<0.05).Additionally,serum levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,and FIB in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For AIS patients,adjunctive treatment with Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction is highly ef-fective.It can significantly promote recovery of neurological function,enhance cognitive function,and improve se-rum biochemical indicators.关键词
