Strategies for Strengthening the Drug Inspection Workforce under New Challenges
摘要
Abstract
A professional and specialized team of drug inspectors-including those overseeing medical devices and cosmetics-is a critical force for strengthening regulatory oversight and ensuring drug safety.It also serves as a key measure for advancing scientific regulation.To meet the demands of this new era,it is essential to adhere to a professional development path,emphasizing technical expertise and specialized knowledge.This includes building a politically reliable,high-quality,technically competent,clean,and efficient team,composed primarily of full-time inspectors supplemented by part-time personnel.This article discusses how to enhance the capabilities of drug inspectors in the current context from three aspects:the current state of inspector team development,the necessity and importance of capability building,and practical strategies and approaches for improvement.The goal is to support the high-quality development of the drug inspection system.关键词
