ICP-MS法测定化妆品中铅含量的能力验证研究
The Research on the ICP-MS Method for the Proficiency Testing of Lead Determination in Cosmetics

Abstract
Objective:To develop and execute a proficiency testing program(PTP)for the determination of lead in cosmetics and evaluate the lead testing capability of testing institutions.Methods:Testing samples were sent to participating laboratories,requiring them to use ICP-MS method to determinate lead content in testing samples.A robust statistical analysis was conducted based on the determination results from the participating laboratories,and their performance was evaluated using the Z-score.Results:At a 95％confidence level,homogeneity,transport stability,and storage stability met the required standards.The result from 40 out of 41 laboratories were satisfactory,one was classified as suspicious,and none were unsatisfactory.The satisfaction rate was 97.6％.Conclusion:Most participating laboratories demonstrated strong ability in determining lead in cosmetics.However,a few laboratories need to improve their proficiency.The factors contributing to the suspicious result should be analyzed to enhance testing accuracy.关键词
