Abstract
At present,the mainstream road sweeping machinery in China is divided into two categories,namely suction sweeping sweepers and rolling sweeping sweepers.In scenarios with high loads,high humidity garbage,or complex terrain,traditional cleaning vehicles have low cleaning efficiency and high maintenance costs.It is necessary to design a new type of belt cleaning device and apply it to small sanitation cleaning vehicles.During this process,an adaptive continuous cleaning system is constructed through modular design and bidirectional conveying technology.The belt cleaning device adopts modular design and improves cleaning efficiency and environmental adaptability through adaptive adjustment technology.Through practical verification,when the garbage load is 5 kg/m2,the cleaning efficiency of the device is 99%,energy consumption is reduced by 18%,effectively solving the problems of garbage adhesion and entanglement,and providing a new solution for optimizing small and medium-sized environmental sanitation equipment.关键词
