需求导向视角下新农科人才培养策略研究

Abstract
The cultivation of talent in New Agricultural Sciences provides crucial human resource support for China's development as an agricultural powerhouse.A defining feature of New Agricultural Sciences is interdisciplinary integration,making the identification of relevant disciplines and essential skills an urgent issue in talent development.Using smart agriculture as a case study,this research employs CiteSpace to analyze supporting disciplines based on CNKI data,and utilizes text mining tools to examine corporate talent demands and skill requirements through actual job postings.Building on an analysis of current challenges in smart agriculture talent cultivation,the study proposes reform strategies for talent education in this field.关键词
