果树-菌菇间种系统对病虫害综合抑制效应的研究

Abstract
To evaluate the comprehensive inhibitory effects of apple tree-mushroom intercropping on major apple pests and diseases,a randomized block design was implemented with three treatments:apple monoculture,apple-mushroom intercropping,and mushroom monoculture.The study monitored the disease index of apple anthracnose,fruit infestation rate of the oriental fruit moth,and mold contamination rate of mushrooms,while analyzing soil physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,microbial community characteristics,as well as plant disease-resistant enzyme activities and fruit quality.Results demonstrated that intercropping significantly reduced the apple anthracnose disease index(by 39.9%),oriental fruit moth infestation rate(by 40.9%),and mushroom mold contamination rate(by 42.8%).Concurrently,soil organic matter and nutrient content increased,enzyme activities improved,microbial diversity enhanced,and the relative abundance of beneficial microorganisms rose.Apple trees exhibited heightened disease-resistant enzyme activities and improved fruit quality.The findings indicate that apple-mushroom intercropping effectively suppresses apple pests and diseases,enhances soil health and crop quality,demonstrating significant potential for widespread adoption.关键词
