摘要
Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the introduction adaptability of Chamaenerion angustifolium(fireweed)in northern regions by experimentally analyzing the effects of different soil types and fertilization methods on its growth, flowering, fruiting, and pest control.Three soil types(sandy soil, loam soil, and clay soil)and three fertilization treatments(no fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and chemical fertilizer)were tested using a completely randomized design. The results demonstrated that C.angustifolium exhibited superior growth performance in sandy and loam soils compared to clay soil, with particularly significant improvements in plant height, branch number, dry weight, and fruiting rate under organic fertilizer application.Fertilization not only promoted fireweed growth but also effectively controlled pests and diseases while enhancing survival rates. The findings indicate successful adaptation of C.angustifolium in northern regions, especially in sandy and loam soils with organic fertilization, which significantly improved both growth performance and ecological functions. This study provides scientific evidence for fireweed cultivation in northern areas and offers practical solutions for landscape greening.关键词
