Abstract
To offer a strong reference for the research on the policy of"Rural-Oriented Tuition-Free Medical Students".A three-dimensional analytical framework of policy tools-policy targets was constructed based on the literature related to the implementation effect of this policy,with classification coding and statistical analysis being performed using WPS software.Z Dimension,Issues related to the intersection of the three targets have rarely been studied by researchers.X Dimension,Two important research subjects have been overlooked by researchers:rural-oriented tuition-free medical students in the continuing education stage and those in the postgraduate education stage.Y Dimension,92.68%of the literature only takes rural-oriented tuition-free medical students as the research subject.Z and X Dimensions Cross-Effects,Only the literature related to"willingness to stay in grassroots areas"mainly focuses on rural-oriented tuition-free medical students in the continuing education stage.Z and Y Dimensions Cross-Effects,The vast majority of the literature only takes rural-oriented tuition-free medical students as the research subject.X and Y Dimensions Cross-Effects,Two important actors,township health centers and district/county health bureaus,have been ignored by the vast majority of the literature.It is recommended that future research on this topic should refer to the intersection of the three issues of the policy targets in the Z dimension,consider rural-oriented tuition-free medical students in the continuing education stages as research subjects,and encompass township health centers and district/county health bureaus in the interviews.关键词
