中国-老挝农业产学研协同创新发展路径探析

Abstract
Under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Laos Community with a Shared Future,agricultural vocational education cooperation between China and Laos has deepened significantly in technology transfer,technical training,and education.The China-Laos Joint Crop Variety Testing Station serves as a pivotal hub for industry-academia-research collaboration between China(Guangxi)and Laos.This paper provides an in-depth examination of the station's establishment process and its three five-year development phases,systematically analyzing collaborative achievements in infrastructure development,crop variety screening,facility cultivation techniques,personnel training,and education.It further identifies current challenges in management models and partnership mechanisms,concluding with proposed development pathways focusing on management system optimization,agricultural vocational education cooperation platforms,and shared international agricultural resource platforms.关键词
