"三种精神"融汇下新疆高职农林类教师创新团队培养路径研究

Abstract
Integrating the spirit of educators,the spirit of scientists,and the spirit of craftsmen provides crucial ideological guidance for building a new era of high-quality,professional teaching teams.This approach aims to cultivate more educator-type teachers and high-skilled technical talents,offering both spiritual motivation and intellectual support for accelerating the development of an education powerhouse,a sci-tech powerhouse,and a talent powerhouse.Against this backdrop,the study analyzes the value of constructing innovative teaching teams for agricultural and forestry vocational education under the integration of these"Three Spirits,"reviews current research on vocational education teacher team building,and investigates cultivation pathways for such teams in Xinjiang's vocational colleges.The investigation focuses on four dimensions:teacher ethics development through the"Three Spirits,"improving an open talent cultivation system,establishing diversified team collaboration models,and strengthening team management and services.关键词
