"双创"背景下广西涉农专业学生基层就业创业引导路径探究

Abstract
During the comprehensive implementation stage of rural revitalization,the predicament of grassroots employment and entrepreneurship for students majoring in agriculture-related fields reflects the structural contradiction between the supply side of higher education and the demand side of the agricultural industry.Taking multiple measures to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of students majoring in agriculture-related fields at the grassroots level has become the key to solving the shortage of talents in modern characteristic agricultural industries in Guangxi.This paper focuses on the core issues such as the low willingness of agricultural-related major students to work at the grassroots level,deviation in vocational cognition,and insufficient practical ability.It innovatively proposes to construct a"three-dimensional drive"guiding model,that is,to promote employment and entrepreneurship through policy coordination,empower teaching through industry-education integration,and enhance the conversion rate of grassroots employment and entrepreneurship through the internalization of cultural values.Provide theoretical innovation and practical solutions to solve the problem of"unable to go down and retain"agricultural-related talents.关键词
