乡村振兴视域下陕西省乡村治理共同体建设路径研究
摘要
Abstract
Rural revitalization constitutes an essential component of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and building a rural governance community represents a crucial pathway to enhance rural governance efficacy and advance rural revitalization.However,current efforts to construct rural governance communities in some areas of Shaanxi Province face challenges including the"alienation"of primary-level government functions,weakened capabilities of primary-level self-governance organizations,and insufficient public participation.To address these issues,it is necessary to strengthen villagers'sense of community,refine the integrated"triple governance"system(combining autonomy,rule of law,and virtue-based governance),and improve the governance capacities of rural stakeholders to translate these capacities into effective governance outcomes.关键词
