乡村振兴背景下农村社区教育的现状、问题及对策
摘要
Abstract
Under the Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural community education serves as a vital pathway for cultivating new professional farmers and driving rural development.However,current rural community education faces challenges such as insufficient prioritization,misalignment between talent cultivation objectives and practical needs,and a shortage of qualified educators.This study conducts an in-depth analysis of these issues and proposes comprehensive solutions:strengthening government leadership by integrating rural community education into local planning with dynamic adjustment mechanisms;leveraging new media for awareness campaigns and establishing eco-friendly educational facilities;utilizing blockchain technology to enhance the education system;applying big data analytics to precisely align education with rural industrial demands;integrating education with rural governance while innovating teaching methodologies;and building a robust educator network centered on county-level adult education schools and open universities,supplemented by multi-stakeholder collaboration,teacher training,international exchanges,and volunteer expansion.These strategies collectively aim to improve the quality of rural community education and facilitate the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.关键词
