乡村振兴视域下法治乡村建设的人才引育机制探究

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the era of rural revitalization,this paper explores the issue of talent attraction and cultivation in the construction of a rule-of-law rural areas.The article delves into the connotations of rural revitalization and the construction of the rule of law,the challenges faced in attracting and nurturing legal talents,the establishment of a comprehensive talent attraction mechanism,and the pathways through which legal talents can empower rural construction.It proposes strategies such as optimizing top-level design,innovating the"attraction,cultivation,retention,and utilization"mechanism,broadening channels for talent development,fostering a conducive environment,and building a"Rule-of-Law plus N"compound talent team,with a view to providing solid talent support and legal guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.关键词
