乡村振兴战略背景下乡村定向师范生职业期望现状与应对

Abstract
Targeted normal university students constitute a crucial talent pool for implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and an effective measure for promoting the spirit of educators.Their career expectations play a vital role in motivating them to contribute to their hometowns and dedicate themselves to rural education.Based on a survey of targeted normal students at N University in Jiangsu Province under the commissioned training program,this study examines the current status of their career expectations,analyzes variations in these expectations,and explores the relationship between career expectations and learning motivation.Drawing on the findings,the paper proposes targeted strategies for sustaining career expectations across multiple levels,including policy design,institutional training,and motivation activation.These strategies aim to enhance the students'learning motivation and lay a solid foundation for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.关键词
