Abstract
The 2024 Central Document No.1 emphasizes that advancing Chinese modernization requires persistent efforts to strengthen the agricultural foundation and promote comprehensive rural revitalization.In the context of new agricultural sciences(NAS)development,the discipline construction and reform of Vegetable Cultivation face both new opportunities and challenges.This paper first analyzes the impact of NAS development on the discipline construction and reform of Vegetable Cultivation,clarifying that NAS serves as a critical foundation,providing broad prospects and new directions for the discipline's advancement.Subsequently,it examines the current challenges and bottlenecks in discipline construction and reform,highlighting issues such as the need for further clarification of disciplinary positioning and talent cultivation objectives,continuous optimization of the curriculum system and teaching content,and enhancement of faculty and teaching resources.The paper proposes overarching principles and specific strategies for discipline construction and reform,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation in Vegetable Cultivation,drive the development of agricultural modernization,and provide human resource support for rural revitalization and sustainable agricultural development.关键词
