耕读教育融入生源多样化农学专业实践教学的培养路径探讨

Abstract
Farming-Reading Education represents a pivotal direction in the reform of higher agricultural education.This study focuses on the agronomy program at Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University with its diverse student body.By analyzing student source differences and developing targeted talent cultivation plans,we systematically integrate Farming-Reading Education into practical teaching through curriculum design,teaching content,instructional methods,learning venues,and faculty allocation.This approach enables students to experience firsthand the synergistic effects of theory-practice integration.Through deepening the combination of"farming"and"reading",we enhance students'commitment to agriculture,rural areas and farmers across different levels,ultimately cultivating a new generation of agricultural professionals who understand,love,and can strengthen and revitalize agriculture in various fields.关键词
