Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical application rules and characteristics of umbilical acupuncture based on data mining,so as to provide clinical reference.Methods:The literature from January 1st 2000 to May 31st,2023 related to the clinical treatment of umbilical acupuncture was searched by computer from CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases.A database was established by Excel,and the data was entered into SPSS 25.0.The application characteristics of disease classification,needle techniques,acupoint selection,and advantageous diseases of umbilical acupuncture were summarized.Results:A total of 670 articles about umbilical needles were searched by computer.After re-screening,the literature that did not meet the inclusion criteria was excluded,and finally 181 studies were obtained.A total of 5 266 subjects were involved,involving 203 prescriptions and 26 acupuncture points,with a total frequency of 708.Statistical analysis of the entered literature showed that there were many kinds of diseases treated by umbilical acupuncture,among which internal diseases were the most common,followed by pain diseases and skin diseases.Among the acupuncture methods of umbilical acupuncture,twisting acupuncture-inserting technique was the most common.In terms of acupuncture manipulation techniques,the principle of"no manipulation,no arrival of Qi(气)"is often followed.The duration of umbilical acupuncture treatment is usually between 25 and 30 minutes.The highest average total effective rate of umbilical acupuncture on diseases is for nerve injury.In the application of acupoints,the frequency of selecting points based on the Eight Trigrams is the highest.Diseases that benefit from umbilical acupuncture treatment include insomnia,pain-related diseases,stroke sequelae,gynecological diseases,and herpes zoster.Conclusion:This paper analyzes the rules and characteristics of the clinical application of umbilical acupuncture,providing a reference for clinical application,but clinical treatment should be combined with specific conditions.关键词
