基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗心房颤动可视化分析
A visual analysis of TCM medicine in treatment of atrial fibrillation based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of atrial fibrillation from 2000 to 2023 by CiteSpace,so as to explore the research hotspots and research trends in this field.Methods:The relevant literature on TCM treatment of atrial fibrillation were retrieved from CNKI database,and were imported into CiteSpace for visual analysis of authors,institutions,keywords,etc.Results:A total of 538 relevant studies were included.The number of publications was basically stable,with an overall upward trend.A total of 518 authors were included in the author cooperation graph,mainly including 3 cooperation teams,but the scale of cooperation was still limited.A total of 360 institutions were included in the institution cooperation graph,mainly TCM colleges and their affiliated hospitals.A total of 549 keywords were included in the keyword graph,among which 20 were high centrality(>0.2),and the emergent keywords in the past 3 years were the Wenxin granule(稳心颗粒)and the Qi(气)and Yin(阴)both deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:The research hotspots of TCM treatment of atrial fibrillation were mainly the modernization of TCM and atrial fibrillation plus coronary heart disease.The future research trend may be the action mechanism of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation,with the Qi and Yin both deficiency syndrome as the core syndrome,combined with modern scientific and technological means to innovative treatment plans.关键词
