Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rule of lactational acute mastitis by Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System V3.5,network pharmacology and molecular docking to provide references for clinical treatment.Methods:Effective prescriptions for the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation in the outpatient clinic of the Mammary Department of Chongqing Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(CQMH)were collected and collated,and the frequency statistics,the medication pattern,and the new prescriptions were analyzed using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System.The core drugs were further analyzed by network pharmacology to obtain their potential targets,enriched signaling pathways and biological processes.Results:A total of 200 prescriptions were included,and the high-frequency drugs were Loulu(Radix Rhapontici),Niubangzi(Fructus Arctii),Gualou(Fructus Trichosanthis),etc.Three new combinations of prescriptions were obtained from the analysis.Network pharmacological analysis of high frequency drugs identified potential targets,including interleukin(IL)-1β,tumour necrosis factor(TNF),IL-6,etc.,mainly through affecting IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway and other signaling pathways to play a role in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation.Conclusion:Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System,network pharmacology and molecular docking analysis method,we mined the medication pattern of the Mammary Department of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating acute mastitis during lactation,analyzed and obtained the new formula combinations,and further analyzed the mechanism of action of the core drugs,which provided a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of acute mastitis during lactation.关键词
