Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rule of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of acute herpes zoster(AHZ)by data mining technology.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM database were used to select the studies on treating AHZ in traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years.Excel software was used to establish the database,the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine and its characteristics of medicinal nature,medicinal flavor,and meridian tropism were analyzed.SPSS Modeler,SPSS Stasitics software and R language data mining tools were used to perform association rules analysis,data visualization,cluster analysis and factor analysis of the database to explore the law of drug use for syndrome differentiation of AHZ.Results:A total of 136 prescriptions from 91 literatures were included,involving 216 Chinese medicinals.The research results showed that traditional Chinese medicines with effects such as clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,nourishing deficiency,and promoting diuresis/removing dampness were often chosen for the treatment of AHZ.The top 10 Chinese medicine in frequency were Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis),Zhizi(Fructus Gardeniae),Dihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Zexie(Rhizoma Alismatis),Longdancao(Radix Gentianae),Banlangen(Radix Isatidis).The medicine nature were mainly cold,warm,and neutral,and the tastes were mainly bitter,sweet,and pungent,it mainly entered the liver meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian,spleen meridian,and stomach meridian.Association rule analysis indicates that Honghua(Flos Carthami)-Taoren(Semen Persicae)was the traditional Chinese medicine combination with the highest support and confidence.Complex network analysis indicated that the high-frequency Chinese medicinals with strong correlations included Honghua,Taoren,Quanxie(Scorpio),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Yiyiren(Semen Coicis),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),etc.After cluster analysis,it was found that the Chinese medicinals combinations could be divided into 5 categories.The strongly correlated herb pairs identified from the correlation clustering heatmap included Taoren-Honghua,Huangqin-Longdancao,Chuanxiong-Taoren,etc.After factor analysis,a total of 9 common factors were obtained,and the cumulative contribution rate of factors was 66.896%.Conclusion:This study analyzed the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of AHZ,aiming to provide some reference for the clinical treatment ideas and prescription research and development.关键词
