摘要

Abstract

Objective:To mine prescription information containing Tibetan medicine Chuanmuxiang(Radix Vladimiriae)through R language data to analyze its compatibility characteristics and prescription rules,and provide guidance for clinical rational medication and new drug development.Methods:Prescriptions containing Tibetan medicine Chuanmuxiang were retrieved from medical classics such as Complete Collection of Tibetan Medicine prescriptions(《藏药方剂大全》)to extract prescription information using Excel software,and R language was used to perform frequency statistics,correlation and correlation analysis on prescription composition,medicinal frequency,and underlying diseases.Result:A total of 180 prescriptions containing the Tibetan medicine Chuanmuxiang were retrieved,involving 231 types of drugs.Among them,a total of 25 types of drugs with a frequency of≥30 times were found as follow:Hezi(Fructus Chebulae),Zanghonghua(Flos Carthami),Zhuhuang(Stroma Shiraiae),Dingxiang(Flos Caryophylli),Yuganzi(Fructus Phyllanthi),Baidoukou(Fructus Amomi Rotundus),Niuhuang(Calculus Bovis),Zhaxun(渣驯),Tanxiang(Lignum Santali Albi),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Shexiang(Moschus),Roudoukou(Semen Myristicae),Zangmuxiang(Radix Inulae),Zitan(Pterocarpus Indicus),India Zhangyacai(Swertia speciosa D.Don),Yazuihua(Justicia adhatoda L.),Bibo(Fructus Piperis Longi),Shaji(Fructus Hippophae),Tu'ercao(Herba Violae),Shiliu(Fructus Punixae Granati),Maohezi(Fructus Terminaliae Billericae),Maoban Lvrong Hao,Bolinggua(Fructus Herpetospermi pedunculosi),Caoguo(Fructus Tsaoko),Mukuer Moyao(Commiphora Mukul).There were 54 main diseases involved,among which 9 diseases had a frequency of≥13,including lung disease,Mubu disease(木布病),Peigen disease(培根病),blood disease,throat disease,fever disease,liver disease,Sennai disease(森乃病),Long disease(隆病).Association rule analysis showed that the high-frequency core drug combinations included Hezi-Chuanmuxiang,Zanghonghua-Chuanmuxiang,Zhuhuang-Chuanmuxiang,Dingxiang-Chuanmuxiang,Zanghonghua and Hezi-Chuanmuxiang,Yuganzi-Chuanmuxiang,Zhuhuang and Zanghonghua-Chuanmuxiang,Dingxiang and Zanghonghua-Chuanmuxiang,Baidoukou-Chuanmuxiang,Niuhuang-Chuanmuxiang,Dingxiang and Hezi-Chuanmuxiang,etc.Conclusion:Tibetan medicine Chuanmuxiang combines not only with warm drugs such as Dingxiang,but also with cooling drugs such as Zanghonghua and Zhuhuang,which reflects the medication pattern and balance mechanism of Tibetan medicine's dual use of warmth and coolness.
