Abstract
Being one of the first batch of cataloged ancient classical prescriptions,Yi-Guan-Jian Decoction nourishes Yin and disperses the Stagnated Liver Qi to resolve the syndrome of Liver Yin Deficiency,Blood Dryness,and Qi Depression.Experts of all ages have found their extremely high agreement on the efficacy of Yi-Guan-Jian Decoction,e.g.,ZHANG Shan-lei held his view of it being"the best prescription that truly work in nourishing liver yin"in his book of Annotation on Shen's Summary of Obstetrics and Gynecology.In the current clinical practice,Yi-Guan-Jian Decoction has been widely used in the treatment of digestive and rheumatic diseases,marked by the recommentions in the clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis,liver fibrosis,liver cirrhosis,and Sjogren's syndrome.To highlight the clinical application of the decoction,the association organized an in-depth discussion among experts concerning the clinical application,safety assessment,and other issues of Yi-Guan-Jian Granules,and formed the expert consensus based on evidence-based medicine,ancient literature and clinical experience.关键词
