摘要

Abstract

Using para-aramid pulp/meta-aramid precipitated fiber as the three-dimensional supporting skeleton,of which the para-aramid pulp surface was activated by the DMSO/KOH/H2O system,and 4A type molecular sieve as the adsorbent,the aramid fiber/molecular sieve paper-based materials were prepared via wet forming by compounding para-aramid pulp,meta-aramid precipitated fiber and molecular sieve.The results showed that when the mass ratio of para-aramid pulp,meta-aramid precipitated fiber did not be changed,and molecular sieve ad-ditive amount was 1.5 g,the prepared aramid fiber/molecular sieve paper-based material had the best comprehensive performance,with breaking stress of 8 MPa,air permeability of 35 µm/(Pa·s),and removal rate towards PMs and formaldehyde of 99.99%and 93.17%,respectively.
