Abstract
In order to explore optimization strategies for environmental monitoring under the dual carbon goals,this paper analyzes the significance of environmental monitoring in the context of dual carbon goals,and the challenges it faces.The analysis suggests that environmental monitoring plays a key role in achieving the dual carbon goals by providing data support for policy-making,promoting industrial restructuring,and enhancing environmental governance.However,challenges remain in areas such as technological innovation,monitoring site layout,and talent development.In light of these issues,the paper recommends increasing investment in technological research and development,optimizing the monitoring network layout,and strengthening the cultivation of monitoring talent to improve the overall effectiveness of environmental monitoring,thereby contributing to the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.关键词
