摘要

Abstract

In sewage treatment,sludge,as a key byproduct,plays a crucial role in maintaining environmental health and promoting sustainable development through proper treatment and disposal.The basic principles of collaborative technology is introduced between deep dehydration and drying units,and the advantages of this technology are analyzed in terms of treatment efficiency,energy consumption,and other aspects.The results indicate that the synergistic effect of the two units can effectively reduce the moisture content of sludge,improve its calorific value and incineration efficiency.The collaborative technology of deep dehydration and drying units helps to achieve harmless,reduced,and resourceful treatment of sludge,significantly reducing pollutant emissions during incineration processes,and has broad application prospects and enormous promotion value.
