Abstract
Aleading figure in Strengthening Yang(扶 阳)medicine science and senior traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,WANG Xianmin's experiencs in treating bladder cancer was summarized.Based on a large number of clinical cases of treating bladder cancer,Master WANG believes that the basic pathogenesis is deficiency of Qi(气)and blood of Zang-fu organs(脏腑),as well as weakness and depletion of kidney's Yuan-Yin(元阴)and Yuan-Yang(元阳).The phenomenon is stasis caused by cold-dampness accumulation transforming into heat,as well as impaired Qi transformation and obstructed water passage.In response to this pathological mechanism,Master WANG established the therapeutic principle of pivotal transformation to expel pathogenic factors,clearing knots and eliminating cancer,and replenish essence and marrow.This approach combines"Fu(扶),Shu(枢),Tong(通),Tou(透),Bu(补),Tian(填)"into one comprehensive method known as strengthening Yang fundamental law for facilitating pivotal transformation to clear cold-dampness-phlegm-stasis,and supporting genuine energy to replenish Yuan-Jing(元 精)and Yuan-Yang.During the treatment process,Master WANG's medication and prescription strategies were closely centered around academic concepts such as pivoting and facilitating unobstruction,replenishing the original Qi and stabilizing the middle energize,and nourishing the marrow and filling the essence.Firstly,Master WANG unclogged and repaired the clogged and damaged meridians,tendons,vessels,and tissues of the internal organs,ensuring a smooth pivoting path.Then,while supporting the healthy Qi and safeguarding the middle energizer,Master WANG gradually transferred the deep-seated latent pathogenic factors in the bone marrow,internal organs,and extraordinary meridians and vessels,enabling the cancer toxins to be excreted through defecation and urination and gradually dissipated.Finally,Master WANG consolidated the root and nourished the Yuan-Jing and Yuan-Yang,achieving the state of"with healthy Qi inside,pathogenic factors cannot be invaded".Simultaneously,Master WANG also combined the clinical experience with modern pharmacological research on traditional Chinese medicine,precisely selecting a series of anti-cancer drug combinations,specialized anti-cancer drugs,and was particularly adept at using insect drugs such as Shougong(Sauropus Androgynus),Lougu(Gryllotalpa),and Zhanglang(Blatta Orientalis)to treat tumor diseases such as bladder cancer.After long-term clinical verification,the veteran doctor WANG Xianmin has made remarkable achievements in treating cancer masses and accumulations,especially bladder cancer,providing valuable clinical experience and effective treatment ideas for the treatment of tumor diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
