基于桂林古本《伤寒杂病论》"脏结"条文浅析恶性肿瘤辨治
An analysis of treating malignant tumor according to syndrome differentiation based on the Zangjie article in Shanghan Zabing Lun of Guilin ancient edition

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the potential value of the Zangjie(脏结)theory in Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》)in the treatment of malignant tumor.Methods:Through literature sorting and article interpretation,the connotation and causes of Zangjie and the syndrome differentiation and treatment scheme of Zangjie in the five Zang(脏)organs were analyzed.Results:Zangjie and modern malignant tumors have many similarities in their etiology,pathogenesis,and clinical manifestations.Zangjie refers to a kind of disease caused by the lack of vital Qi(气),visceral Qi deficiency,Yin(阴)cold condensation,and blocked Qi and blood.Shanghan Zabing Lun of Guilin ancient edition elaborated the differentiation and treatment principles of Zangjie in the five viscera,and pointed out that Zangjie has the pathogenesis evolution of the first,middle and last three stages of"vital Qi causing visceral Qi deficiency cold","Yang(阳)deficiency and Yin excessiveness causing Zangjie to be difficult to treat"and"vital Qi is declined,with poor prognosis".For the Zangjie in the five Zang organs of liver,heart,lung,spleen and kidney,distinguishing the deficiency and excess principle was emphasized to treat the disease by stages.The therapy of warming Yang and dispersing cold,and reconciling Qi and blood was the main treatment methods.For liver deficiency,the Wuzhuyu decoction(吴茱萸汤)was used.For liver excess,the Guizhi Danggui Mudanpi Taoren Zhishi decoction(桂枝当归牡丹皮桃仁枳实汤)was used.For heart Zangjie deficiency,the Lianqiao Ejiao Banxia Chixiaodou decoction(连翘阿胶半夏赤小豆汤)was used.For heart excessive Zangjie,the Huanglian Ejiao Banxia Taoren Fuling decoction(黄连阿胶半夏桃仁茯苓汤)was used.For lung deficiency,the Baihe Beimu Fuling Jiegeng decoction(百合贝母茯苓桔梗汤)was used.For lung excess,the Tingli Gualou Jiegeng Mudan decoction(葶苈栝楼桔梗牡丹汤)was used.For spleen deficiency,the Baizhu Zhishi Taoren Ganjiang decoction(白术枳实桃仁干姜汤)was used.For excessive spleen,the Dahuang Houpo Zhishi Banxia Gancao decoction(大黄厚朴枳实半夏甘草汤)was used.And for kidney deficiency,the Fuling Guizhi Gancao Dazao decoction(茯苓桂枝甘草大枣汤)was used.For kidney excess,the Guizhi Fuling Zhishi Shaoyao Gancao decoction(桂枝茯苓枳实芍药甘草汤)was used.It is intended to reconcile the Yin and Yang,smooth blood,and enhance healthy Qi.Most medicines themselves also have anti-tumor effects.Conclusion:The theory and treatment method of Zangjie in Shanghan Zabing Lun of Guilin ancient edition have important clinical reference value for the treatment of various malignant tumors,and provide a new idea and direction for further exploring the treatment of malignant tumors by combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.关键词
