张西俭治疗恶性肿瘤脉诊浅析
An analysis of pulse diagnosis in the treatment of malignant tumors by ZHANG Xijian

Abstract
Pulse diagnosis is one of the unique diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine,which can be used to understand the functions of the human organs and the vitality of Qi(气)and blood.The changes of the funcitons of Zang-fu(脏腑)organs,Qi-blood and Yin-yang(阴阳)can be obtained by observing the pulse manifestations of patients with malignant tumors.Pulse condition can reflect the information about the changes in the pathogenesis of diseases.Professor ZHANG Xijian believes that although malignant tumors are a special type of disease among many others,their pulse changes are no different from those of other diseases.By diagnosing and treating diseases by the normal pulse method,clues can be provided for early clinical screening and early warning of tumor diseases.Professor ZHANG Xijian follows the clinical diagnosis and treatment idea of"pulse diagnosis first,four diagnoses combined".In the process of clinical treatment of tumour patients,the common cancer and tumours pulses can be seen.The article explains the connotation of pulse Qi and pulse quality in Professor ZHANG Xijian's theory of veinology,and summarises the typical pulse diagnosis of malignant tumours,including Qi point,Qi mass,Qi aggregation,full pulse,sinking pulse and virtual pulse.By describing the morphological characteristics of typical pulse diagnosis,its formation mechanism is identified to explore the clinical significance of pulse diagnosis in the identification and treatment of malignant tumors.Professor ZHANG Xijian attaches importance to pulse diagnosis and has rich experience in the identification and treatment of tumours.The article summarizes Professor ZHANG Xijian's years of clinical experience,highlighting the typical pulse characteristics of cancer patients,providing a basis for early clinical screening and early warning of tumors,and offering a reference for the clinical application of pulse diagnosis in malignant tumors.关键词
