基于"气虚宜掣引之"探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病虚证的治疗
Treating COPD deficiency syndrome based on"making Qi ascending and unobstructed to cure Qi deficiency"

Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a chronic airway disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation and corresponding respiratory symptoms.It belongs to the category of"lung distension"and"asthma"in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theory of"making Qi ascending and unobstructed to cure Qi(气)deficiency"in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),the therapeutic significance of the unobstructed ascending method in the treatment of the deficiency syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was discussed.The unobstructed ascending method was first seen in Suwen(《素问》),which was put forward as a way of diagnosis and treatment in the general program of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.After the annotation and supplement of doctors in all dynasties,ZHANG Jiebin made specific classification and treatment of it.The method of Cheyin starts from the deficiency and reality of the disease syndrome.In view of the pathogenesis of the disease caused by the deficiency,the treatment method of guiding and pulling the rising Yangqi(阳气)is adopted to achieve the treatment purpose of replenishing the Qi and rising the Yang(阳),so that the body Qi can be unobstructed and the healthy Qi can be restored.The initial location of this disease is in the lung,gradually involving spleen and kidney for a long time,causing the lung,spleen,and kidney deficiency.Its causes include root deficiency and exogenous six evil,the pathogenesis is based on lung deficiency,and the external evil is mixed in the deficiency.In the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the simple supplement method may cause Qi block,with evil nostalgia,which can not cure the disease,may aggravate the disease,so the unobstructed ascending method is adopted.According to ZHANG Jiebin's interpretation of the unobstructed ascending method,the method is adopted in the treatment,to attract lung Qi,spleen Qi,and kidney Qi,and dredge the conditioning of the whole body Qi,making the body Qi smooth but not astringent,so as to relieve the deficiency of COPD.关键词
