从"玄府-气液-肝络"理论论治非酒精性脂肪性肝病
Treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease based on the theory of"Xuanfu-Qi liquid-liver collateral"

Abstract
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is one of the common diseases in the Department of Hepatology.It is a kind of liver injury associated with insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility.It is characterized by excessive fat deposition in hepatocytes.At present,the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in Western medicine is very limited,and there is no special means.However,the understanding of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of"Xuanfu(玄府)-Qi(气)liquid-liver collateral"is also less mentioned in the field.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease belongs to the category of"fatty liver"and"distention and fullness"in traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis is closely related to Xuanfu,Qi liquid and liver collaterals.Based on the theory of"Xuanfu-Qi liquid-liver collaterals",this paper explores the historical evolution and mutual relationship of Xuanfu,Qi liquid,and liver collaterals to deeply analyze their respective structures and functions.At the same time,combined with the pathological characteristics and evolution process of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,it is recognized that the key to the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is the imbalance of Xuanfu,Qi liquid and liver collaterals.Based on the pathogenesis of"Xuanfu depression blocking-Qi liquid circulating abnormality-collaterals stasis and toxin damage",the treatment principles of"opening Xuanfu to promote Qi movement","promoting blood circulation and diuresis to circulate Qi liquid",and"strengthening vital Qi and dredging channels"were put forward.In terms of medication,emphasis is placed on the use of wind-dispersing drugs,diuretic drugs,blood-activating drugs,and tonifying drugs,in order to achieve the effects of opening Xuanfu,ventilating Qi fluid,and activating liver collaterals.All kinds of drugs should be added and subtracted according to the syndrome to exert the best curative effect.As a new idea,the theory of"Xuanfu-Qi liquid-liver collateral"contributes to a more systematic understanding of the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.One clinical case is attached to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
