基于标准汤剂特征图谱比较不同来源柔毛淫羊藿的差异
Comparison of Differences of Epimedium pubescens from Different Sources Based on Characteristic Chromatogram of Standard Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To compare the chemical composition differences among Epimedium pubescens from different sources by using the characteristic chromatograms of standard decoction.Methods:A Kromasil 100-1.8 C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm)chromatographic column was used with a gradient elution system employing acetonitrile and 0.1%acetic acid as the mobile phase,at a temperature of 30℃,and a detection wavelength of 270 nm.The determination method of the characteristic chromatogram of the standard decoction of E.pubescens was established,and the characteristic chromatogram of the standard decoction of E.pubescens from different sources was determined.Principal component analysis was conducted to analyze the results of the characteristic chromatograms of E.pubescens from different sources.Combined with the results of cluster analysis,the reasons for quality differences were found.Results:Thirteen common peaks were established for E.pubescens from different source,and 10 components were identified by comparison with reference substances.The results of the principal component analysis showed that there were two principal components in wild E.pubescens from different habitats.Except for Gansu Longnan medicinal materials,wild E.pubescens from other producing areas primarily gathered according to the production area.The results of cluster analysis showed that E.pubescens were clustered into three categories.The peak area of icariin was the highest,which was the cultivated product of Leshan and Dazhou in Sichuan.The peak area of epimedin B was the highest,which was the wild product of Dazhou and Luzhou in Sichuan and Longnan in Gansu,as well as the wild product and cultivated product of Ankang in Shaanxi.The peak area of epimedin C was the highest,which was the wild product of Leshan and Nanchong in Sichuan and Longnan in Gansu,as well as the wild product and cultivated product of Hanzhong in Shaanxi.Conclusion:The chemical components of E.pubescens samples from different sources are basically the same,but the content of the chemical components is different.This difference is mainly related to germplasm resources,origin,growth environment,among other factors.The characteristic chromatogram method established in this paper can show the differences in chemical composition content of E.pubescens from different sources and providing a basis for establishing a more stringent quality control method for E.pubescens-related preparations and offering a reference for the rational application of E.pubescens resources.关键词
