Abstract
Objective:Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem Q-Exactive quadrupole-electrostatic field track trap high resolution mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS)was used to rapidly identify the chemical constituents in the aerial parts of Anemone vitifolia.Methods:A Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)was used with a gradient elution employing 0.1%formic acid solution(A)and acetonitrile(B)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min-1;the column temperature was 40℃,and the injection volume was 1 μL.The electrospray ionization(ESI)source was adopted for the analysis in positive and negative ion modes.The precise relative molecular mass and characteristic fragment ions of the compounds in the aerial parts of A.vitifolia samples were compared with the reference substances or the compounds reported in the literature.Results:A total of 115 compounds were identified from the aerial parts of A.vitifolia,including 32 organic acids and organic acid esters,21 flavonoids,19 alkaloids,13 phenylpropanoids,5 amino acids,5 steroids,4 nucleosides,4 saccharides,4 terpenoids,and 8 other constituents.Conclusion:The UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS method can rapidly analyze and identify the chemical constituents in the aerial parts of A.vitifolia,providing a reference for further research on the material basis of its efficacy,mechanism of action,and product development.关键词
