An analysis of pathogenesis and treatment methods of endogenous wind

Abstract
Endogenous wind plays an important role in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Throughout the evolution history of TCM's understanding and treatment of endogenous wind,it can be roughly divided into three stages,the early stage of"positive deficiency and evil entry",the stage of theoretical contention in Jin,Yuan and Ming dynasties,and the stage of pathogenesis maturation after Qing Dynasty.Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)has already recorded the word of endogenous wind,which is believed to be formed by"positive deficiency and evil entry",and its essence is exogenous wind.At this time,the understanding of internal wind is in the initial stage,but many of the articles are the basis of the later theories of endogenous wind.According to the summary of long-term medical practice,later doctors found the pathogenesis of the characteristics similar to wind in human body.In Jin,Yuan and Ming dynasties,doctors put forward many different views on internal wind,and the theory of endogenous wind was greatly enriched and developed.In the Qing Dynasty,YE Gui believed that"endogenous wind is the change of Yang(阳)and Qi(气)in the body",and the high summary of endogenous wind has always influenced the later generations.Based on the development of these three stages,the understanding of endogenous wind theory in TCM has been deepened and improved,and the treatment methods and prescriptions have been enriched.In the process of the development of the endogenous wind theory,the five viscera wind was first proposed.With the perfection of the theory of visceral manifestations,the endogenous wind gradually shifted from the early five viscera to the liver,which was closely related to the liver.In the treatment,the method of regulating the liver and calming the wind,combined with the pathogenesis of endogenous wind itself and its relationship with the liver,doctors have summarized the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,regulating Qi and resolving phlegm,and nourishing the blood and tonifying the liver,and the treatment of endogenous wind is more abundant.This paper mainly discusses the emergence and development of endogenous wind theory,the close relationship between endogenous wind and liver,and the evolution of endogenous wind treatment.By sorting out these issues,we can understand the development direction of endogenous wind in different periods,and have a more systematic understanding of endogenous wind,thereby better engaging in clinical practice.关键词
